Terms and conditions for the "FetchBack Voucher" promotion

FetchBack promotion – the rules in a nutshell:

What do you do? When placing an order, select the payment method marked with the FetchBack icon (e.g. BLIK or Revolut).
What do you get? 10% of the value of your current order is returned to you in the form of a voucher for future purchases.
When will you receive your reward? The voucher will be automatically credited to your account and sent by email immediately after payment confirmation.
How do you use it? * You have 3 months to use the funds.
- You don’t have to spend it all at once – the voucher allows for partial use (the remainder stays in your account).
- The voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes.

The organiser of the “FetchBack Voucher” promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is the owner of the Fluo.dog online shop, available at https://fluo.dog, Majsterkowo Łukasz Więcek, 65-140 Zielona Góra, ul. Leona Wyczółkowskiego 79, NIP 9291760015 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
The aim of the Promotion is to reward Customers who use selected forms of electronic payment.
The promotion runs from 22 March 2026 until further notice by the Organiser.

Any natural person with a registered customer account in the Organiser’s online shop who makes a purchase as a consumer or a business acting as a consumer may participate in the Promotion.
To receive the reward, you must place an order and make payment using one of the payment methods covered by the Promotion. These methods are marked on the payment list with the “FetchBack” graphic.
The Promotion applies to selected payment methods, in particular: Blik, Revolut and standard bank transfer.

The reward in the Promotion is an electronic discount code (hereinafter referred to as the “FetchBack Voucher”).
The value of the Voucher is 10% (in words: ten per cent) of the total gross value of the paid order (excluding delivery costs).
The Voucher is generated automatically and assigned to the Customer’s account upon the system receiving the status “Payment accepted”.
Information about the Voucher awarded, together with its code and expiry date, will be sent to the Customer by email to the address associated with their account.

The FetchBack Voucher is valid for a period of 90 days (3 months) from the date of its generation. After this period, the Voucher expires and cannot be reinstated.
The Voucher allows for partial use. This means that if the value of the purchase is lower than the value of the Voucher, the remaining amount can be used on a subsequent order within the Voucher’s validity period.
The FetchBack Voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes or vouchers available in the shop.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other means of payment.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract (return of goods) for which a FetchBack Voucher was issued:
1. The Voucher granted shall be invalidated if it has not yet been used.
2. If the Voucher has already been used (in full or in part) for another order, the Organiser reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded to the Customer for the returned goods by the actual value of the discount used.
In the event of a return of goods purchased using a FetchBack Voucher, the funds used from the Voucher are credited back to the Customer’s account in the form of a new Voucher with the original expiry date retained.

Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted electronically to: kontakt@fluo.dog.
The complaint should include the order number and a description of the problem. The Organiser will consider the complaint within 14 days.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of changes to technical conditions or the termination of the Promotion. Such amendments shall not affect rights acquired by Customers prior to the amendment of these Terms and Conditions.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Online Shop Terms and Conditions shall apply.
