Personal data
The administrator of the service (Seller) collects and processes the following personal data of users provided during registration or placing orders via forms on our online store and other communication channels:
- first and last name,
- residential address,
- correspondence address (billing address),
- email address,
- phone number,
- order history (purchases).
Providing the above data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to create an account in the store or to place an order. All personal data is used solely for purposes for which the user has given consent or which are necessary for the execution of our services (e.g., order fulfillment, payment, delivery of goods, etc.).
Cookies
Our site uses cookies solely to the extent necessary for its proper functioning and user convenience. We do not collect information that allows the identification of specific individuals without their knowledge and consent. All cookies primarily serve to maintain the session of the logged-in user and to remember selected settings and preferences (e.g., cart contents, account settings, or search filters). Data from cookies is not shared with third parties, except for the services described below (Google Analytics, Matomo, Smartsupp).
Google Analytics
For statistical and analytical purposes, we use the Google Analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies – they are stored on the user's device and allow for the analysis of traffic on our site. Information generated by cookies about the use of the site (including the user's IP address) is transmitted to Google and stored on the servers of that company (which may be located in the United States).
Google uses this information to evaluate the user's use of the site, to create reports on site traffic for the Operator, and to provide other services related to internet traffic. Google may share this information with third parties if required by law or when those parties process such information on behalf of Google.
Google assures that it will not link the user's IP address with other data it possesses. You can opt out of Google Analytics by adjusting your browser settings, particularly by blocking the saving of cookies. However, please note that disabling cookies may result in certain features of our store not being available or not functioning properly.
Matomo
Additionally, we use the analytical system Matomo, which operates on the same server as our store. This means that data collected for statistical purposes is not transmitted to any external servers or shared with other entities.
Matomo collects information about how the store is used – including visited subpages, time spent on the site, device type, browser, and IP address (which may be automatically anonymized). We use this data solely for traffic analysis and to improve the store's performance.
You can block the saving of cookies related to Matomo at any time, which will not affect your ability to use our store, but will limit the accuracy of the statistics.
Smartsupp (online chat)
Our site also features an online chat Smartsupp (smartsupp.com), which allows for quick contact with customer service.
By using the chat, the user may voluntarily provide their data, such as name, email address, or phone number – this data will be used solely to handle the inquiry and communication. Smartsupp also collects basic technical data related to the visit to the site (e.g., visited subpages, time spent on the site, device type, browser, approximate IP location). This data is processed to improve the quality of customer service and ensure efficient communication.
The chat uses cookies and local storage mechanisms in the browser to maintain the continuity of the conversation between parties, remember settings, and avoid losing messages after reloading the page. Data collected by Smartsupp is not used for marketing purposes without your consent.
Your rights
According to the GDPR regulations, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify, delete, or limit its processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (if the basis for processing was consent),
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
Summary
We care about the transparency and security of your data. All analytical systems and external tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, Smartsupp) are used solely to improve the operation of the store and communication with customers.
