Affiliate Program Regulations

§1. General provisions

  1. This Regulation defines the rules for the operation of the Affiliate Program (hereinafter: "Program") organized by the online store fluo.dog.

  2. The organizer of the Program is the company: Majsterkowo Łukasz Więcek ul. Leona Wyczółkowskiego 79 65-140 Zielona Góra, Poland NIP: PL9291760015 REGON: 081164974 (hereinafter: "Organizer").

  3. The aim of the Program is to promote fluo.dog products through the actions of Partners in exchange for a commission redeemable for products from the store.

§2. Participation rules

  1. A participant of the Program (hereinafter: "Partner") may be a natural person who is at least 18 years old, as well as business entities.

  2. Participation in the Program is free of charge.

  3. The condition for joining the Program is to fill out the registration form and acceptance of the application by the store staff. The Organizer reserves the right to reject the application without providing a reason.

  4. After the application is accepted, the Partner gains access to the Partner Panel, where they can generate links, download promotional materials, and check their status.

§3. Mechanism of operation (Links and Codes)

  1. The Partner receives a unique identifier, which can be shared in two forms:

    • Affiliate link: A link directing to the fluo.dog store containing the Partner's identifier.

    • Discount code: A unique string of characters assigned to the Partner.

  2. The tracking system is based on cookies. The lifespan of a cookie is 30 days. If a customer enters the store via the Partner's link and makes a purchase during this time, the commission will be credited.

  3. If a customer uses the Partner's discount code, the commission is credited regardless of the source of entry to the site (the code takes precedence).

§4. Discounts, Commissions, and Promotions

  1. Discount amount: Customers using the Partner's code or link receive a default discount of 10% on their order.

  2. Exclusions from promotions: The discount code and discount resulting from the affiliate link cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply to already discounted products (those on promotion/sale).

  3. Commission amount: The Partner receives a commission on the net value of completed orders at a default rate of 5%.

  4. Prohibition of self-referral purchases: Commission is not credited for purchases made by the Partner using their own affiliate link or discount code.

  5. Rate changes: The Organizer reserves the right to globally change the amount of offered discounts and commissions for all Program participants at any time. Partners will be notified of such changes via email.

§5. Commission Settlement and Payouts

  1. Currency separation: Settlements in the Program are conducted separately for each of the supported currencies: PLN, EUR, USD. The commission from an order completed in a given currency goes to the dedicated balance for that currency in the Partner Panel. The exchange of funds for a discount code occurs within the given currency (e.g., commission accumulated in EUR can only be exchanged for a discount code in EUR).

  2. The commission is credited to the appropriate currency balance in the Partner Panel at the moment the order status changes to "Completed".

  3. Returns: In the event that a customer returns a product (withdraws from the contract), the previously credited commission will be deducted from the Partner's balance. If the balance is zero, it will be reduced to a negative value, which the Partner must offset with subsequent referrals.

  4. Exchange of funds: The participant can exchange the accumulated commission for a discount code (voucher) for the fluo.dog store at any time.

  5. Exchange process: The exchange takes place independently in the Partner Panel and is an immediate process. The generated code is ready for use immediately.

  6. No minimum threshold: There is no minimum payout threshold – the Partner can exchange any amount of accumulated commission, even the smallest one.

  7. Currently, there is no option to withdraw commission in cash (bank transfer), however, the Organizer does not rule out introducing such an option in the future.

  8. Taxes: Tax settlement regarding the property benefits obtained in the Program (including received vouchers) is entirely the responsibility of the Partner, in accordance with applicable tax law regulations.

§6. Obligations and prohibitions

  1. The Partner agrees to promote the store in a manner compliant with the law and good customs.

  2. It is prohibited to:

    • Send SPAM.

    • Promote the brand on sites with offensive, pornographic, or illegal content.

    • Conduct paid campaigns in search engines (e.g., Google Ads) on keywords containing the brand name "fluo.dog" (Brand Bidding).

  3. Violation of the above rules may result in the blocking of the Partner's account and the loss of accumulated funds.

§7. Personal data protection

  1. The administrator of personal data is the Organizer (data in §1).

  2. The data is processed for the purpose of implementing the Program and settlements. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy of the fluo.dog store.

§8. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by this Regulation, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulation, of which they will inform the Partners in advance.
