Scent Carousel 2.0 is a completely new version of our bestselling device for dog scent training! Designed from the ground up with safety, durability, and user convenience in mind. Thanks to the precise drive and new construction, the carousel operates smoothly, steadily, and with no risk of disconnection of components – even with energetic dogs.
The completely redesigned body based on a single, solid axis with bearings ensures stability even with intensive use. In previous versions, the upper body could disconnect from the drive – this problem has now been completely eliminated. The carousel remains rigid and precise, even if the dog accidentally nudges or knocks it over.
The new gear ratio slows down the arm movement by about 30% in all modes. This makes the carousel rotate more smoothly and gently – perfect for dogs who are just starting their adventure with nosework or are skittish. Three speeds, direction change mode, and pulsing mode are still available – but now at a much calmer rhythm.
The baskets are now attached using practical knobs, allowing them to be disassembled in seconds. This makes the entire carousel more compact when folded and easy to store. Additionally, the baskets are now fully airtight – the scent only escapes from the top, making the scent cone more precise and concentrated.
The new knobs at the base allow for quick unscrewing of the legs without using force. Previously, they were pressed on; now, you just need to slightly loosen the knob to fold the carousel and store it in a bag or cabinet. Simpler, faster, and more convenient – especially in the field!

Training with Carousel 2.0 allows the dog to develop precision in nose work, concentration, and the ability to distinguish scents in motion. Ideal for nosework, scent work, scent training, and scent activities for sport and hobby dogs.
Always adjust the training level to the dog's temperament – not every dog will immediately like moving elements. Remember to make training a form of fun and a positive challenge!
