Voucher 1000 zł - Fluo Week for wholesale customers

  1. You place a wholesale order for a minimum amount of 2000 PLN gross during Fluo Week (December 3-4, 2025).

  3. Rules for using the voucher:
    1. it is valid until the end of 2026 (December 31, 2026),
    2. it is divisible – you do not have to spend it all at once; you can split the funds into several smaller orders,
    3. a separate voucher is granted for each order above the threshold of 2000 PLN.

Detailed regulations of the "Fluo Week B2B" action:

§1. Organizer of the action

The organizer of the promotional action "Fluo Week for Wholesalers" (hereinafter: "Action") is the store Fluo Dog run by the company Majsterkowo Łukasz Więcek (hereinafter: "Organizer").

§2. Purpose of the action

The purpose of the Action is to promote the wholesale offer of the store and to reward regular business partners (wholesale customers) making significant purchases during the promotion period.

§3. Duration of the action

  1. The Action is valid during the "Fluo Week", i.e. from December 3, 2025 to December 4, 2025 inclusive (or until stocks last).
  2. The decisive date for participation in the Action is the date of placing and paying for the order (or choosing the cash on delivery option) in the store's system during the Action.

§4. Participants

  1. A participant in the Action (hereinafter: "Participant") can be any customer who places an order for a minimum amount of 2000 PLN gross during the Action.

§5. Rules of participation and awarding prizes

  1. A Participant who places a one-time order worth at least 2000 PLN gross (in words: two thousand PLN gross) during the Action will receive a prize in the form of a cash Voucher.
  2. The order value qualifying for the Voucher refers to the total gross price of the products and does not include shipping costs.
  3. In the case of placing several independent orders, each exceeding the threshold of 2000 PLN gross, the Participant is entitled to a Voucher for each of these orders.
  4. The value of the Voucher is 1000 PLN gross (in words: one thousand PLN gross).

§6. Rules for redeeming the Voucher

  1. The Voucher is sent electronically to the email address assigned to the Participant's account after the promotional order has been successfully paid and fulfilled.
  2. Validity of the Voucher: The Voucher can be used until December 31, 2026. After this date, unused funds expire.
  3. Divisibility of the Voucher: The Voucher operates on the principle of a gift card/virtual wallet. This means that:
    • The Participant does not have to use the full amount of 1000 PLN in one order,
    • the unused amount remains assigned to the Voucher code and can be used for subsequent purchases until the Voucher balance is zeroed.
  4. The Voucher reduces the gross value of the next order.
  5. The Voucher does not cover shipping costs.
  6. The Voucher is assigned to the Participant's account.

§7. Returns and complaints regarding the Voucher

  1. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (either cash or transfer).
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement (return of goods) based on which the Voucher was granted:
    • if the Voucher has not yet been used – it will be canceled,
    • if the Voucher has already been used – the Organizer will deduct the value of the used discount from the amount refunded to the Participant for the returned goods.

§8. Tax settlements (B2B)

  1. Due to the business nature of the Action (B2B relationship), the value of the received Voucher may constitute income for the Participant from their business activity.
  2. The responsibility for any tax settlements related to receiving the prize (Voucher) rests with the Participant, in accordance with applicable tax law.

§9. Personal data

  1. The personal and company data of the Participants are processed by the Organizer for the purpose of implementing the Action, issuing accounting documents, and handling Vouchers.
  2. The rules for data processing are defined in the privacy policy available on the store's website.

§10. Final provisions

  1. Participation in the Action means acceptance of these Regulations.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations during the Action, provided that the changes do not violate the rights acquired by Participants before the changes are introduced.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the general regulations of the fluo.dog store apply.
