Scent Work Snowman is a festive winter cone for Nosework and Scentwork training, made from PETG material. It stands approximately 15 cm tall and has a base diameter of about 10 cm. Inside, there is a scent chamber with a diameter of 33 mm and a height of 63 mm, where you can directly place a scent sample or a Fluonose Nano+ or Micro+ can. The scent escapes through five holes in the snowman's cylinder. The product is sold without cans, with the option to add from 1 to 6 Fluonose Nano+ cans. After training, the cone can be washed in warm soapy water.
A classic snowman with a black top hat, a smiling face, buttons, and arms resembling twigs? It looks innocent, but in reality, it is a fully-fledged accessory for scent work. You can use it during festive training sessions, winter Nosework workshops, or as one of the elements in a larger search. Its distinctive appearance makes it a perfect fit for themed sets with other winter accessories.
The snowman consists of two parts connected by a screw thread. Simply unscrew the top part to access the scent chamber hidden in the lower part of the body. You can place a natural scent sample, a properly prepared carrier with oil, or one of the compatible Fluonose cans inside. The cans are placed loosely, without screwing in or magnetic fastening. This makes preparing the hiding spot and changing the scent source simple and does not require additional accessories.
At the top of the black cylinder, there are five small holes through which the scent from the inner chamber escapes. It is the cylinder that serves as the scent emission point, although its source is hidden deeper inside the snowman. This design allows you to prepare a task where the dog must locate an invisible sample, rather than following its appearance.
The snowman gives you the choice of how to prepare the training. You can use just samples or scent carriers, but if you want to adjust the intensity of the scent emission, use the Fluonose Nano+ or Fluonose Micro+. Both models have scent intensity adjustment and fit inside the snowman's chamber.
By default, you purchase just the cone, without cans and scent samples. When placing an order, you can add from 1 to 6 Fluonose Nano+ cans. If you already have your own Nano+ or Micro+ cans, you can use them without purchasing additional ones. Fluonose cans are also sold without scents.
The Scent Work Snowman is a training accessory, not a chew toy. Use it during exercises under the supervision of a guardian.
