• ✉️ Redemption – after paying the auctioned amount, you will receive a voucher worth twice the amount.
• 📅 Validity – the voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
• 🛒 Use – the voucher does not have to be used during a single purchase. You can use it multiple times until its value is completely exhausted.
• ⚖️ Exchange – the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. The subject of the auction is a voucher to be used in the FluoDog store, worth twice the amount bid.
   Example: you win the auction for £400 – you receive a voucher worth £800.

2. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of payment for the winning auction.

3. The voucher does not have to be used during a single purchase – it can be used multiple times until its value is exhausted.

4. The voucher can only be used in the FluoDog online shop and cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part).

5. Any unused amount will be forfeited after the expiry date.

6. The voucher cannot be resold or exchanged for other services.

7. The auction starts at the amount indicated on the product page and continues until its completion, as indicated on the website.

8. Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
