Summary of key assumptions:
- You take a photo of our product - during exercises, while unpacking the package, or a product that is simply lying on the floor.
- You write an honest review of this product and attach at least one photo.
- You receive an email with a voucher for 5 PLN:
- for each review you will receive a new voucher,
- vouchers can be combined (you can use multiple codes in one order),
- each product can only be reviewed once.
Detailed regulations:
§1. Organizer of the action
The organizer of the promotional action "5 PLN for a review with a photo" (hereinafter: "Action") is the store Fluo Dog run by the company Majsterkowo Łukasza Więcka (hereinafter: "Organizer").
§2. Purpose of the action
The purpose of the Action is to encourage customers to share their honest opinions and photos of purchased products, which will help other customers choose the right products.
§3. Duration of the action
- The Action is not time-limited and is valid from the moment it is announced on the store's website.
- The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Action at any time, without giving a reason.
- Information about the termination of the Action will be published on the store's website. The termination of the Action does not affect the rights acquired by participants before the termination date (e.g. already granted discount coupons remain valid under the existing rules).
§4. Participants
- A participant of the Action (hereinafter: "Participant") can be any natural person:
- who has a customer account in the online store fluo.dog,
- who made a purchase as a consumer within the meaning of the law.
- Bots, fictitious accounts, or other automatic mechanisms generating reviews cannot participate in the Action.
§5. Rules for participation in the action
- A Participant who:
- leaves a review of a product purchased in the fluo.dog store, and
- attaches a photo of the product to this review,
- The review must relate to a product actually purchased by the Participant.
- The Coupon is granted for the mere act of leaving a review that meets the formal requirements, and not for its positive content or number of stars.
- Each Participant can review a given product only once. Subsequent reviews by the same Participant regarding the same product will not be rewarded with additional Coupons.
- For each correctly added review with a photo that meets the requirements of the Regulations, the Participant receives one new Coupon.
- Coupons can be combined when placing an order.
§6. Requirements for reviews and photos
- The review should be truthful and reflect the actual experiences of the Participant related to the use of the product.
- The photo must:
- depict the reviewed product,
- be taken by the Participant or with their consent,
- not violate copyright or personal rights of third parties.
- The Organizer has the right to refuse to grant a Coupon or to remove a review if:
- the review does not pertain to the given product,
- the review or photo contains offensive, vulgar content, incites hatred, is illegal or contrary to good manners,
- the review is spam, advertising for other products or services,
- the photo does not depict the purchased product or comes from illegal sources (e.g. stolen from the internet),
- there is reasonable suspicion that the review is false or made by a person who did not make a purchase.
§7. Granting and redemption of Coupons
- Upon acceptance of a review that meets the conditions of the Regulations, the Participant receives a discount Coupon worth 5 PLN.
- The Coupon will be:
- automatically generated by the store's system and assigned to the Participant's account, and
- sent to the email address associated with the customer account.
- The Coupon is valid for a period of 6 months.
- The received Coupon:
- is not exchangeable for cash,
- cannot be returned or exchanged for another type of benefit,
- reduces the order value according to its nominal value,
- does not include shipping costs.
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract (return of purchased products), the rules for settling the used Coupon are determined by the store's regulations and consumer protection laws.
§8. Information about the nature of reviews (Omnibus Directive)
- The Organizer informs that as part of the Action:
- some reviews of products may come from customers who received a discount Coupon in exchange for leaving a review with a photo,
- the granting of the Coupon is solely dependent on meeting the formal conditions of the Action, and not on the positive content of the review or the number of stars,
- the Organizer does not require, influence, suggest, or encourage Participants to leave positive reviews in any way.
- Information that reviews may come from customers who received a discount Coupon in exchange is posted on the store's website in the reviews section and/or with the review submission form.
§9. Personal data
- The personal data of Participants are processed by the Organizer for the purpose of implementing the Action, in particular for:
- verifying compliance with the conditions of the Action,
- granting and servicing Coupons,
- publishing reviews on the store's website.
- The rules for processing personal data are defined in the privacy policy available on the store's website.
§10. Final provisions
- Participation in the Action is voluntary. Leaving a review means acceptance of these Regulations.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of the Regulations, including the rules for granting Coupons, at any time. Changes to the Regulations will be published on the store's website and will take effect from the moment of their publication.
- Changes to the Regulations or termination of the Action do not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the day of the introduction of changes or termination of the Action (e.g. already granted Coupons remain valid according to the existing rules).
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law applies, in particular the provisions on consumer protection.
