Detailed regulations:
§1. Organizer of the action
The organizer of the promotional action "15 zł for a review on Google Maps" (hereinafter: "Action") is the store Fluo Dog run by the company Majsterkowo Łukasza Więcka (hereinafter: "Organizer").
§2. Purpose of the action
The purpose of the Action is to encourage customers to share their honest opinions about the store on Google Maps and to increase the transparency and credibility of reviews.
§3. Duration of the action
- The Action is not time-limited and is valid from the moment it is announced.
- The Organizer reserves the right to end the Action at any time, without giving a reason.
- Information about the end of the Action will be published on the store's website.
§4. Participants
- Any natural person can participate in the Action:
- who has made a purchase at the fluo.dog store as a consumer,
- has an order number allowing for purchase verification.
- Bots, fictitious accounts, or other automatic mechanisms generating reviews cannot participate in the Action.
§5. Rules for participation in the action
- A participant who:
- leaves a review about the Fluo Dog store on Google Maps,
- attaches at least one photo showing the purchased products to the review,
- sends a request to the Organizer's email address containing:
- order number,
- link to the submitted review or name of the profile on Google,
- The coupon is granted for meeting the formal conditions, and not for the positive content of the review or the number of stars.
- Each Participant can receive a maximum of one Coupon within the Action.
§6. Verification of applications
- The Organizer verifies the application by:
- checking the existence of the review on Google Maps,
- comparing the photo from the review with the order assigned to the specified order number.
- The Organizer may refuse to grant the Coupon if:
- the review cannot be found,
- the photo does not show products from the given order,
- the application contains incorrect or incomplete data,
- there is reasonable suspicion of abuse.
§7. Requirements for reviews and photos
- The review should be truthful and reflect the actual experiences of the Participant.
- The photo must:
- show products purchased in the store,
- be taken by the Participant or with their consent,
- not violate the rights of third parties.
- The Organizer does not interfere with the content of the review and does not require it to be positive.
§8. Granting and realization of Coupons
- After positive verification of the application, the Participant receives a Coupon worth 15 zł.
- The Coupon:
- will be sent to the email address,
- is valid for 6 months,
- is not exchangeable for cash,
- does not cover shipping costs,
- can be combined with other coupons.
§9. Information about the nature of reviews (Omnibus Directive)
- The Organizer informs that some reviews on Google Maps may come from customers who received a discount coupon in exchange for their submission.
- The granting of the coupon is solely dependent on meeting the formal conditions, not on the content of the review.
- The Organizer does not influence the content or rating of the submitted reviews.
§10. Personal data
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of implementing the Action and verifying applications.
- Details can be found in the store's privacy policy.
§11. Final provisions
- Participation in the Action is voluntary.
- The Organizer may change the Regulations at any time.
- In matters not regulated, Polish law applies.
